Grant County Fire District #3’s 2027–2031 Strategic Plan provides a five-year framework to guide the District’s priorities, decisions, and investments as we continue serving the communities of the Quincy Valley.

The plan was developed with input from District members, community stakeholders, regional partners, and the Board of Commissioners. It identifies seven strategic priorities and establishes goals and strategies that will guide the District’s work through 2031.

The Grant County Fire District #3 Board of Commissioners formally adopted the Strategic Plan on September 9, 2026.
